1. KEYNOTE SPEAKERS 1 – DIỄN GIẢ CHÍNH THỨ NHẤT

Professor Vladimir N. Kolotov, Doctor of Historical Sciences, 

Professor Vladimir Kolotov is an expert in Vietnam studies, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Institute of the Saint Petersburg National University. His research focuses on the historical, political, security, religious and military issues of East Asia. He is a member of The Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP). Prof. Vladimir Kolotov has more than 160 publications in Russia and other countries. In recognition for this contribution to Vietnam, he was awarded Friendship Order by the Government of Vietnam in 2012. Professor Vladimir Kolotov will deliver a keynote speech on The influence of Soviet political theory on Vietnam in the mid-twentieth century in the field of political theory

GS. TSKH. V. Kolotov là nhà Việt Nam học nổi tiếng. Ông nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về các vấn đề lịch sử, chính trị, an ninh, tôn giáo và quân sự của khu vực Đông Á. Ông hiện là Thành viên Ủy ban Quốc gia Nga của Hội đồng Hợp tác An ninh Châu Á - Thái Bình Dương (CSCAP). Ông đã có hơn 160 xuất bản ở Nga và nhiều nước khác. Với những đóng góp của mình đối với Việt Nam, Ông đã được Chính phủ Việt Nam tặng thưởng Huân chương Hữu nghị Order (2012) và Huy chương Vì những đóng góp xuất sắc cho Khoa học Xã hội Việt Nam của Viện Hàn lâm Khoa học Xã hội Việt Nam (2011). Ông sẽ trình bày về đề tài: Ảnh hưởng của học thuyết chính trị Xô Viết đến Việt Nam vào giữa thế kỉ XX trong lĩnh vực lý luận chính trị.

2. KEYNOTE SPEAKER 2 – DIỄN GIẢ CHÍNH THỨ HAI  

Professor S. Gopinathan. He is currently Adjunct Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and Acaemic Advisor of The HEAD Foundation, Singapore. He served as the Dean of the School of Education (Mar 1994 till June 2000), at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. Prof S Gopinathan will deliver a keynote speech on  Education and Societal Development in Singapore: Colonial, National and International Dimensions. 

3. GS. Saravanan Gopinathan, hiện là cố vấn cao cấp của tổ chức The Head Foundation, Singapore, nguyên là Viện trưởng Viện Giáo dục Quốc gia, Đại học Công nghệ Nanyang, nguyên là giảng viên trường Chính sách công Lý Quang Diệu.  Ông là chuyên gia nghiên cứu hàng đầu về nền giáo dục Singapore và đã xuất bản nhiều công trình về vấn đề này. Ông sẽ trình bày tại hội thảo về Education and Societal Development in Singapore: Colonial, National and International Dimensions

3. KEYNOTE SPEAKER 3 – DIỄN GIẢ CHÍNH THỨ BA

Olivier Bailblé is an Associate Professor in Korean Studies in Aix-Marseille University (AMU), Member of IrAsia. His fields of studies are:

• The kugyŏl writing system in buddhist studies
• Translation of Old Korean Litterature

He will deliver keynote speech on Le passage du système d’enseignement traditionnel au système moderne en Corée (The shift from traditional to modern education system in Korea).

GS. Olivier Bailblé, Khoa Châu Á học, Bộ môn Tiếng Hàn, Đại học Aix Marseille, Pháp. Lĩnh vực nghiên cứu chính của ông là hệ thống chữ viết kugyŏl trong nghiên cứu phật giáo, dịch thuật văn học cổ Hàn Quốc. Ông sẽ trình bày về chủ đề Từ giáo dục truyền thống sang giáo dục hiện đại ở Triều Tiên

4. KEYNOTE SPEAKER 4 – DIỄN GIẢ CHÍNH THỨ TƯ

Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Phuong Ngoc – Directrice of Asian Research Institure, Aix Marseille University, France. Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Phuong Ngoc has many years of research experiences in the fields of literature, sociology and anthropology. Together with her colleagues at the IrASIA, she has conducted many studies on Asian Literature and Translation, Migration and Urbanism, Heritage, Religion and transfer of educational research knowledge in different environments, etc. She will deliver a keynote speech on "La réforme de l’enseignement à travers le parcours du poète Tan Da (1889-1939), l’homme des deux siècles". (The educational reform through the journey of Tan Da poet (1889-1939) – the man of the two centuries)

PGS.TS. Nguyễn Phương Ngọc, Viện trưởng Viện nghiên cứu châu Á (IrASIA), Trường Đại học Aix-Marseille, Cộng hòa Pháp trình bày đề tài: La réforme de l’enseignement à travers le parcours du poète Tan Da (1889-1939), l’homme des deux siècles. (Công cuộc cải cách giáo dục qua hành trình của thi sĩ Tản Đà (1889-1939), con người của hai thế kỉ).
